About the role:
As a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will build and ship LLM-powered agents, design evaluations, and integrate systems while maintaining high quality and guardrails.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows on the paved path (templates, pipeline, guardrails)
- Write and run evals for everything built; ensure no system ships without passing its suite
- Integrate with GoodRx systems and data sources; instrument for cost and quality telemetry
- Pair with business users to iterate quickly inside bounded scopes
- Coach/supervise team members on prompt engineering, context management, and LLM best practices
Requirements:

- Software Design:
- Deep understanding of agentic architectures, RAG systems, tool-use design, and context engineering
- Experience designing reliable LLM workflows and prompt strategies that survive real-world contact with users
Software Development:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2.5+ years building LLM applications in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with excellent API craftsmanship
- Ships fast without skipping safety, quality, or operational guardrails
Quality Assurance:
- Non-negotiable ability to write and run rigorous LLM evaluations (evals) as a core par
