Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role focuses primarily on declarative development and configuration within the Salesforce platform, with a secondary emphasis on development using Lightning and Apex. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, particularly in translating complex APEX code into efficient configured solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions leveraging declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow,



and Workflow Rules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce environment.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Develop Lightning components and Apex code as necessary, while focusing on minimizing custom code in favor of configured solutions.
- Oversee the quality assurance process, including thorough testing, debugging, and managing the deployment of new features or applications.
- Write and update documentation encompassing technical specifications, user manuals, and version release notes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications and best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices.
