What The Day Will Look Like

 Contribute to the positioning of Aon and its capabilities through the development of commercial materials, content, and value propositions for clients, prospects, and market audiences.

 Design and execute communication initiatives that promote innovation programs while increasing their visibility and impact.

 Collaborate with brokers and multidisciplinary teams to identify needs and develop solutions and messaging aligned with business objectives.

 Leverage artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes, generate content, and enhance innovation initiatives.

 Participate in transformation, adoption, and continuous improvement projects that drive Aon’s growth and differentiation.
