About the role

You will work directly with the CEO on scaling Camley - building and executing our commercial strategy and sales pipeline.
- Pipeline. Build target lists of private equity, infrastructure, and family office firms. Map who is who inside them - CFO, COO, head of IR. Lead outbound campaigns.
- Sales materials. Build the decks, one-pagers, proposals, case studies, follow-up sequences.
- Sales calls. Join discovery and demo calls and own the follow-ups. Over time run parts of the calls yourself.
- Distribution partnerships. Get creative on which partnerships will help us reach the next 500 funds.
- Conferences. Own the calendar for 2026-2027. Work out who is attending, book meetings before we arrive, run the follow-up after.
- AI agents. Streamline your work by creatively scoping and building agentic GTM workflows, with help from our engineering team on the technical aspects.

This is a role with a lot of ownership, but also a lot of opportunity for feedback, coaching, and growth as you will be working directly with the CEO.

We are an early stage team working across London and New York, but open to remote/hybrid for the right candidate.

What we are looking for
- 3-6 years of experience. That could be in a commercial role at a startup, experience at a top firm in management consulting, banking, or big tech, or building your own company.
- Extreme ownership. You love getting sh*t done and owning outcomes end-to-end.
- Creative. You are entrepreneurial and love coming up with creative solutions to solve difficult problems.
- You write well. A large part of this job is writing things that busy, skeptical finance people read and act on.
- Detail-obsessed. Our clients are CFOs and investors - they spot a wrong number in a deck immediately.
- Execution oriented. This is an individual contributor role
