What You Will Do:
As an Intern, you will support Human Resources activities and gain exposure to a variety of HR processes, including:
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience
- Assist with HR administrative processes and employee documentation management
- Provide support for payroll-related activities and employee inquiries, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed
- Coordinate training sessions and learning initiatives, including logistics and participant tracking
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs
- Collaborate with HR team members, employees, managers, and global stakeholders
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity following company procedures and confidentiality standards
- Support special HR projects
