At WTW Argentina, we are accelerating an ambitious agenda focused on digital transformation, automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence. To support this journey, we are seeking an Innovation PMO & Business Solutions SR. Analyst who combines strong project management and PMO capabilities with a hands‑on ability to build and implement business solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This is not a traditional PMO role. We are looking for someone who not only identifies opportunities and manages projects, but also actively develops, implements, and deploys solutions whenever possible, leveraging low‑code and no‑code technologies to drive measurable business outcomes.

Based in Argentina, this role will support regional initiatives and partner with stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver strategic transformation programs that improve efficiency, scalability, user experience, and operational excellence.

The Role

Project Management Office (PMO)
- Lead and coordinate strategic transformation, automation,



and process improvement initiatives across multiple business areas and countries.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain PMO standards, including governance frameworks, RAID logs, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and benefits realization.
- Drive project execution from inception through implementation, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Facilitate decision‑making through structured project oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, simplification, standardization, and automation.
- Design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
- Translate business needs into practical solutions and actionable project roadmaps.
- Promote a culture of continuous improv
