AgileEngine is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs with a focus on performance and security. You will write clean Rails code against PostgreSQL and participate in code reviews while collaborating with stakeholders to define API requirements.
The role is 100% remote with required overlap windows for LATAM (MDT) and Ukraine (MDT); strong English communication is essential as you will work with integral teams across time zones.
