We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer in Argentina to bring design closer to code and shorten the distance between idea and what actually reaches the user. We work on two products: a care search experience for members and an analytics platform for brokers and benefits teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own design end to end — from problem definition to launch
- Use AI tools to iterate faster, explore more options, and deliver prototypes that feel real
- Contribute to the design system and maintain a high standard of quality and detail
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering from the start, to understand the problem before proposing
- solutions

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- AI tools are already part of how you work — you can direct them, review their output, and build with them
- Experience in both consumer mobile and B2B products
- Portfolio that shows how you use AI in your process: features, workflows, or your own experiments (required)
- Advanced English (required) — the team works primarily in English
