About Calavera New York Calavera New York is an innovative and fast-growing diamond and jewelry e-commerce brand. We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital acquisition channels, scale our performance advertising, and lead our marketing team.

The Role This is a remote contractor position that serves as the strategic engine of our marketing efforts. You will own the performance and scaling of our paid campaigns across all channels, working closely with our creative and development teams to ensure seamless execution. In addition to hands on media buying and data analysis, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a small, high performing marketing team.

You must have advanced written and spoken English fluency to effectively communicate with our US based audience, and hold regular syncs with our US platform account managers. This will be assessed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Performance Advertising: Launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, Google Search, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and emerging channels like ChatGPT.
Team Leadership & Management: Directly manage and mentor a small marketing team consisting of a PR Specialist, Brand Strategist, and Social Media Manager.
Budget & Ad Credit Management: Actively monitor daily ad spend, effectively manage platform ad credits, and agilely shift budgets to the highest performing channels to maximize ROAS.
Creative Testing & Strategy: Design and execute creative tests. Determine the highest converting creative types and collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Brand Strat
