We are looking for Senior Business Analyst to join GlobalLogic Latam
- Fluent in English (Must Have)

Job Description
- Previous experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role in software development or technology
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in agile teams
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products or features from concept to launch, preferably in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
- Experience with product management tools and techniques, such as user story mapping, backlog grooming, and prioritization techniques (e.g., MoSCoW, Kano model)
- Knowledge of product management best practices, including market research, user-centered design, and product analytics
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, allowing effective collaboration with development teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and negotiate priorities with stakeholders




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and market conditions, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a desire to deliver products that meet and exceed user needs and expectations.
- Management of very diffucult stakeholders
