Paid Social Strategist
Full‑time role focused on building, launching, optimizing, and reporting paid social campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn to achieve business growth and performance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute performance marketing across paid social platforms from ideation through delivery.
- Build and produce creative assets and campaign structures A‑Z with redundancy across channels, emphasizing TikTok and Meta.
- Lead optimization efforts to improve performance relative to defined goals.
- Communicate strategically with internal teams and external clients, proactively sharing insights, recommendations, and action items.
- Maintain comprehensive performance reporting, creating and presenting reports and insights that tell a data‑driven story and inform client strategy.
- Collaborate with creative, organic, and influencer/partnership teams to ensure best‑in‑class campaign execution.
- Support team dynamics by fostering a constructive work environment, mentoring junior talent,



and leveraging AI and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance processes.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience a plus.
- 1+ year of direct‑response marketing experience in e‑commerce; lead‑gen and B2B a plus.
- 1+ year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct‑response campaigns; experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads or Pinterest Ads a plus.
- 1+ year of leading paid social strategy for direct‑response marketing efforts.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms a plus.
- 1 year of client‑facing communication experience.
- Excellent Excel skills with advanced features.
- Strong data analytics abilities.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
