At Xeibo, we are currently supporting the hiring process for one of our portfolio companies operating in the digital finance space across Latin America.
Our partner is a high-growth platform at the intersection of payments, financing and the decentralized economy, and is currently looking for a Head of Product to lead its core product team.
The role includes:
- Define and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap
- Lead the product team across discovery, design and delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering, Growth and Compliance to ship scalable solutions
- Translate market and user insights into product decisions
- Own key product metrics and prioritization frameworks
- Represent the product vision to leadership and investors

Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with leadership experience
- Background in payments, financing, fintech or crypto
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills, data-driven mindset
- Experience building and scaling products in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with blockchain/on-chain products is a plus
