The Head of Ecommerce owns the performance of Luma Nutrition's direct-to-consumer storefront, with accountability for conversion rate, average order value, and subscription adoption. The role leads the experimentation program, owns site merchandising and the landing page portfolio, and turns customer behavior data into measurable revenue improvement.

Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You'll Do:

Conversion and revenue
Own conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, and subscription attach rate
Own the site experience from landing through checkout, including product pages, collections, cart, and post-purchase
Own upsell, cross-sell, and bundle architecture
Experimentation
Own the testing roadmap: hypothesis development, prioritization, execution, analysis, and reporting
Run structured A/B tests with defined success criteria and honest reads
Maintain a record of what has been tested and what it produced
Landing pages and funnels
Own the landing page portfolio supporting paid acquisition, from brief through build and measurement




Own quiz and funnel experiences, including question design and product recommendation logic
Partner with Creative and Growth so page experience matches ad message
Analytics and insight
Analyse customer behavior using GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis
Identify friction across the shopping journey and prioritize fixes by revenue impact
Build data-backed business cases for site investment
Platform
Own the Shopify theme and the ecommerce application stack
Maintain site speed, accessibility, and technical SEO standards
Direct external development and CRO partners against a defined roadmap

Must-Have Requirements
4+ years owning a conversion or ecommerce optimization program for a direct-to-consumer brand
Deep Shopify Plus experience
Demonstrated conversion rate and AOV improvement through structured experimentation, with the measurement to prove it
Fluent with GA4, heatmapping and session recording to
