The Integral Capital Markets Business Management team sits under the Global Finance & Business Management (F&BM;) organization of the firm and provides analytical, strategic and operational thought leadership to the management teams while driving the priorities of the business through strategic initiatives and everyday solutions.




The team is aligned to the Debt and Equity Capital Markets business, a group formed by approx. 600 bankers and generating $5.0bn in revenues per year.
Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, you will work closely with the business management team locally and in New York, supporting the preparation of business performance reports, creating and delivering analytical work to help inform the management team’s decisions, and measuring success of the business key initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
Fee & pipeline analysis: Track and understand trends in Equity Capital Markets by analyzing booked fees and future deal pipeline activity. Provide insights on drivers of change to F&BM; partners and management team
