We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our business operations across Latin America. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and providing operational support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Support sales operations and reporting activities.
- Maintain and analyze sales data and key performance indicators.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Support the management and tracking of sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other teams across the region.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar positions.
- Experience working in the technology industry is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
