The Role

As a Freelance Senior Product Designer, OpsUnity, you'll own the design of the platform that runs CookUnity's operations. OpsUnity is our operating system for defining and planning operations, measuring execution, and driving accountability, all in one consolidated platform. It's a growing ecosystem of products (Designer, Planner,



Labor and Task Trackers, and more) built by multiple teams, and it needs a consistent design point of view as it scales.

This is a hands-on role where your work is used daily by operators on the kitchen and fulfillment floor. These are high-stakes, high-tempo environments: shift leaders, pickers, and planners need to act quickly and without error, then get back to the floor. Good UX here isn't polish, it's whether the tool gets adopted and whether people make mistakes using it.

You'll partner across engineering, product, operations leadership, and the individual teams building on the platform, bringing cohesion to how OpsUnity looks, behaves, and feels, while the platform is still early enough to shape.
