About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Data Analyst / Data Engineer to transform business data into reliable reporting, actionable insights, and scalable data systems.
Depending on your experience, this role may lean toward data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a combination of these areas.
You’ll work with SQL, dashboards, reporting tools, databases, and data pipelines to help teams better understand performance and make informed business decisions.
This role is adecuado for someone who combines strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Own
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business data
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers
- Translate raw data into meaningful business insights
- Investigate data questions and provide evidence-based recommendations




- Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and recurring reporting needs

SQL & Data Management
- Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries
- Extract and combine data from multiple sources
- Work with relational databases and structured datasets
- Validate datasets for completeness and accuracy
- Troubleshoot inconsistencies across reporting and source systems

Dashboards & Business Intelligence
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Looker
- Similar BI platforms
- Build recurring reports for business stakeholders
- Create clear visualizations that make complex information easier to understand
- Maintain consistent definitions and reporting logic across dashboards

Data Pipelines & Integrations
- Build or maintain data pipelines and integrations
- Help connect business systems and reporting environments
- Support reliable movement of data between platforms
