The Senior Logistics Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving workforce capability, operational excellence, and resilient logistics performance at the Ecolab Buenos Aires site. This role supports recruiting and talent planning efforts, fosters continuous improvement, and ensures strong team engagement and site-level execution. As the senior logistics leadership presence in Buenos Aires, the position operates with a high level of independence, builds credibility and trust across a broad matrixed organization, and influences behavior and results without relying on positional authority. The position partners closely with functional leaders across North America and Integral Logistics through informal reporting relationships to align strategies, share best practices, and support global logistics objectives.
