Role Description This is a sales-focused position responsible for generating and converting business opportunities, managing leads, developing international client relationships, and driving revenue across our luxury property portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial inquiry through closing, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable properties and services, following up with prospects, negotiating terms, and maximizing opportunities for upselling and repeat business.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate, manage, and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities.
Proactively follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Present and promote SafeStays’ luxury properties and services.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate property solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, owners, and partners.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and client retention.
Handle negotiations and support clients through the closing process.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.

QUALIFICATIONS
English and Spanish are required.
French or Italian is a strong plus.
Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, luxury hospitality, real estate, travel, or premium services.
Strong lead generation, sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
