US Media is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager – Performance Advertising to develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in Argentina.
This professional will manage the complete sales cycle, build relationships with brands and advertising agencies, and offer performance media solutions focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Argentine, Chile, Colombia and Peru market.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Present US Media’s performance advertising solutions and develop customized commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate sales forecasts in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Performance, Ad Operations, Account Management, Finance, and Legal teams.




- Monitor digital advertising trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Represent US Media at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in digital media sales, performance marketing, AdTech, or MarTech.
- Proven experience in new-business development and B2C sales.
- Strong knowledge of performance campaigns, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, lead generation, and conversion.
- Understanding of metrics such as CPC, CPA, CPL, CPI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Knowledge of attribution and measurement platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava, or Branch.
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional English is desirable.
