Responsibilities

Design, code, build, and maintain the major components and services responsible for the whole product offering as part of the AI Receptionist team
Collaborate with the team to architect and design robust, resilient, and maintainable solutions in an Agile environment




Build flexible APIs that adhere to internal API Guidelines with microservices that can be exposed for public consumption
Develop new features involving AI
Implement new features using Python (70%) and GoLang (30%) on the backend
Ensure the quality of the software delivered
Deploy and operate services in production
Guarantee scalability and availability of the team's services
Work closely with product owners and user experience designers to deliver features while meeting team deadlines
Assist with firefighting, including identifying the root cause and performing rollbacks or immediate bug fixes and deployments to production

Requirements

3+ years of experience in back-end development
Proficiency in Python and Go
Expertise in APIs and integration
Background in Microservice Architecture Style
Skills in Java and Spring Boot
Familiarity with Kafka and PostgreSQL
Passion for well-crafted softwa
