The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Automation within HR Products in Buenos Aires. You will drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation products across HR, guiding complex initiatives through discovery to delivery.
This role requires 5+ years in lead product management, strong English, experience with Workday, SAP, Jira, Confluence, and a data-driven, Agile mindset. You will mentor other PMs and collaborate with technology, design, and operations teams.
