Syngenta's Supply Chain – Customer Operations team is seeking aCustomer Operations Lead inBuenos Aires, Argentina.

This role will lead and optimize end-to-end customer operations in Argentina, supporting the Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;) and Crop Protection South (CP South) businesses, ensuring excellence in the Order-to-Cash cycle, inventory management, customer master data integrity, and service delivery to distributors and sales partners. This role is the operational bridge between the commercial team and Supply Chain, responsible for driving continuous improvement, leveraging digital tools and analytics, and developing a high-performing team aligned with Syngenta's customer-centric strategy and P&S; Capabilities framework.
