The Associate supports the execution and coordination of multiple initiatives across the Business Operation Team, helping ensure effective planning, organization, and follow-up of activities. This role contributes to project management efforts, event coordination, and operational processes while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and maintain efficient team operations. The individual is expected to proactively manage assigned tasks, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and operational initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of assigned activities
- Track project tasks, timelines,



and action items, providing regular updates and escalating issues when needed
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of leadership events (on-site and off-site), including logistics, communications, vendor coordination, merchandising, and event execution
- Support the coordination of general visits, helping ensure a seamless experience for visitors and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure alignment across initiatives
- Support procurement and vendor-related activities, including purchase requests, follow-up on deliveries, and coordination with Procurement teams in compliance with internal processes
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports to support project management and operational activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives focused on increasing efficiency and service q
