Finance Administration Manager

JL Closets, South Florida’s leader in high-end custom storage solutions, is looking for a Finance Administration Manager to oversee our financial administration and help lead our remote finance team based in Argentina.
This is more than a traditional back-office position. You’ll play an important role in keeping our financial operations organized, accurate, and efficient while supporting leadership with reliable financial information and helping improve internal processes.

What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day financial and administrative activities
Manage payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations, and bookkeeping processes
Lead and mentor two bookkeepers in Argentina, establish expectations, and review their work
Prepare monthly financial reports and provide useful insights to leadership
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial activity




Coordinate with external accountants on tax filings, audits, and year-end requirements
Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date
Identify opportunities to improve financial and administrative workflows
Develop and maintain efficient procedures for the finance team
Support management with financial analysis and administrative reporting

What You Bring
15+ years of finance or accounting experience, including leadership experience
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting
Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Experience managing remote employees and working independently
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership
Ability to balance accountability, leadership, and coaching
