Who You’ll Source

You’ll be recruiting high-end skilled trades talent: electricians, pipe fitters, carpenters, crane operators, and similar specialized roles across multiple states and jurisdictions. These aren’t entry-level placements — you’re hunting for experienced, often licensed or certified tradespeople who are good at what they do and usually not actively job hunting.

Who You’ll Recruit For

What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close — for a high volume of reqs simultaneously across multiple states
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms aggressively and creatively — not just as a checkbox
- Identify bottlenecks in your own pipeline and fix them without waiting to be told, and keep clean, accurate records in our ATS/CRM without prompting

What We Need
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience with a demonstrated track record of active sourcing and headhunting,



not just managing inbound applicant flow
- Construction, skilled trades, or industrial staffing experience strongly preferred — ideally with exposure to large-scale prime/sub project environments
- A genuine self-starter who can take a req with mínimal direction, build a sourcing strategy, and execute it without a playbook handed to you
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to solve problems independently rather than escalating every obstacle

We’re looking for someone who treats recruiting like a sales function — proactive, persistent, and metrics-driven. If you’ve consistently hit placement or appointment-setting numbers through your own outbound effort (not inherited leads), and you’ve worked roles where the talent pool was specialized, licensed, or hard to find, that’s exactly what we want to see.
