You'll oversee account strategy, mentor Strategists and Ads Managers, enforce best practices, and evolve ourdelivery systems including AI-enhanced workflows and documentation. This is not a firefighting role. Were looking for a builder,coach, and standard-setter someone focused on elevating teamcapabilities and operationalizing excellence.



Key Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight for all Google Ads accounts Own quality control and escalation processes Conduct audits and campaign reviews Set and enforce strategy standards Manage and mentor a growing team of Strategists and Ads Managers Lead 1:1s, performance reviews, and team development Build a culture of accountability and improvement Document best practices and create internal playbooks Partner with Ops and Automation to integrate AI andautomation Stay ahead of Google platform changes Collaborate with the Founder and Ops on service and processevolution Adecuado Candidate Profile8+ years managing Google Ads campaigns2-3+ years leading paid media teams Expertise in all major Google Ads campaign types Passion for efficiency, systems, and AI integration Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in remote, async-first teams Ownership mindset and process-driven approach Competitive base salary + performance bonus Profit-sharing eligibility after Year 1Flexible working hours and remote work High-ownership role with path to executive leadership
