Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Neuquén, Argentina. This role will be responsible for driving sales of our composite hose and pipeline products in the Argentine market, with a primary focus on the oil & gas, industrial, and municipal sectors.

Founded in 1983, we specialize in polymer-based (fiber-reinforced) specialty pipes and serve customers in over 120 countries worldwide. Our products are widely used in shale gas fracturing fluid delivery, firefighting, industrial transportation, and pipeline rehabilitation. We have established a strong presence in the Argentine market and are now expanding our local team.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and expand the customer base in the Argentine market, with a primary focus on the Neuquén region and surrounding areas.

· Promote and sell composite hose products, including shale gas fracturing hoses, firefighting hoses, and industrial transportation hoses.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the oil & gas, mining, industrial, and municipal sectors.

· Identify new business opportunities and project pipelines; drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

· Provide technical consultation and after-sales support to customers.

· Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer feedback; report insights to headquarters.

· Coordinate with headquarters and regional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor's degree or above.

· 3 years of sales experience in the oil & gas, industrial equipment, or related B2B sectors.

· Strong understanding of the Argentine market, particularly the Neuquén region.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Argentina.

Preferred

· Experience in the hose, pipeline, or composite materials industry.

· Existing customer network in the oil & gas or mining sectors in Argentina.

· Knowledge of shale gas fracturing operations or industrial fluid transportation.

· English proficiency (for internal communication with headquarters).
