We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Business Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who enjoys connecting business strategy with technology, driving organizational transformation, and shaping the future of a global professional services firm through business architecture and innovation.

What will be your impact?

- Partner with senior business leaders and practice groups to translate strategic goals into business architecture roadmaps and technology initiatives.
- Develop and maintain enterprise business capability models, identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and growth.
- Analyze current and future business processes to improve efficiency, client experience, and cross-border collaboration.
- Align business requirements, business cases, and technology investments with the Firm’s strategic objectives and value drivers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating stakeholder alignment and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Innovation teams to evaluate emerging technologies and shape the Firm’s future operating model.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Strategic Consulting, or a similar senior architecture role.
- Experience working within a integral professional services organization, ideally in the legal sector.
- Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
- Experience with business capability modeling, business process management (BPM), and organizational design.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear architectural solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and cloud solutions, and their business impact.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation and architectural excellence.
