We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant to lead the functional design, implementation and rollout of Credit Management capabilities within a integral SAP S/4HANA landscape, acting as the primary SME and working closely with business stakeholders, SAP architects, development and integration teams, and market representatives across the full delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management
- Own the Credit Management solution design and ensure alignment with the overall Order-to-Cash (O2C) architecture and business processes
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather credit policies, risk-management requirements and market-specific needs
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs, configuration and implementation requirements
- Configure and optimize key Credit Management capabilities, including credit segments, credit profiles, credit limits, exposure, credit-risk classes, scoring, automatic credit checks, credit-block management, release processes and Business Partner integration
- Define and validate integration between Credit Management and Sales & Distribution, Finance, Business Partner and related SAP/non-SAP systems
- Analyze existing processes and recommend standard S/4HANA capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization
- Prepare functional specifications for required enhancements, interfaces and developments in close collaboration with ABAP and integration teams
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
- Coordinate resolution of complex functional defects and integration issues across teams
- Contribute to the creation of a global template and manage localization requirements for subsequent market rollouts




- Provide functional leadership and guidance to other SAP consultants and market teams

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management and Order-to-Cash business processes
- Knowledge of integration between Credit Management, SAP SD and FI, and Business Partner
- Expertise in designing and configuring credit checks, credit limits, credit exposure and credit-block/release processes
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations and integral template rollouts
- Capability to independently lead functional workshops and communicate with senior business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including resolution of complex cross-functional SAP issues
- Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP, integration and architecture teams
- Experience across the full implementation lifecycle: Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare
- Strong English communication and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to have

- Experience leading multi-country/global SAP rollouts
- Background in retail or large international enterprise environments
- Experience with complex integrations between S/4HANA Credit Management and external credit, finance or risk-management solutions
- Experience establishing reusable global templates while managing market-specific requirements
- Previous experience acting as a Lead Consultant, Functional Lead or Credit Management SME
