? Key Requirements:

- Evertz MediatorX support experience — mandatory
- Java, Python & JavaScript
- REST APIs & Web Services
- SQL & database troubleshooting
- Linux/Unix
- Log analysis & application troubleshooting
- L2/L3 Production Support
- Incident & Problem Management
- MAM & broadcast workflows
- Content ingest, metadata, transcoding & distribution
- XML, JSON & Message Queues
- API & enterprise integrations





✨ Nice to Have:
- Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace or AppDynamics
- Evertz Overture
- OTT & cloud-based media operations
- Broadcast automation & playout systems
- 24x7 production support experience
