This role will focus on leading core workstreams within consulting projects, including structuring problems, analyzing insights, and formulating high-impact recommendations.ResponsibilitiesLead core workstreams within consulting projects, including structuring problems, analyzing insights, and formulating high-impact recommendations.Design decision models, analytical approaches, and engagement frameworks that address complex operational and strategic challenges.Manage and coach Consultants and Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective team performance.Contribute to business development by leading the preparation of proposals,



identifying opportunities, and participating in client discussions.Actively support talent acquisition by leading the recruitment and evaluation process for Consultants and Analysts.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Advanced English proficiency.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable).
