Ottomatik.io seeks a proactive Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to support a growing US plumbing business.
You will be the first contact for homeowners and businesses, manage scheduling, calendars, and inbound inquiries with empathy.
This fully remote, full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8 AM–5 PM MST, with 10 PTO and US holidays.
Prior experience with CRM and field-service software helps you route requests efficiently and maximize bookings.
