As a Senior in Data Solutions, you will specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions that integrate business, experience, and technology aspects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and implement innovative strategies, and facilitate successful project delivery. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your skills to drive impactful outcomes, enhancing customer and employee experiences through strategic consulting services. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will analyze and interpret datasets, optimize data for reporting purposes,



and collaborate on automation and digital transformation initiatives. Your work will improve the quality, scalability, and effectiveness of Tax services, supporting business-critical initiatives and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Analyzing client needs to design and implement experience strategies that enhance customer and employee engagement
Collaborating with clients to deliver end-to-end solutions integrating business, experience, and technology aspects
Transforming and optimizing data for internal consumption and reporting purposes using SQL or Python
Validating data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources to support business-critical initiatives
Developing reporting, analytics, and data visualization capabilities to improve operational efficiency
Implementing technology tools and digital solutions to enhance the scalability and effectiveness of services
Supporting data entry and automation activities within new technology platforms
Mapping, reviewing, and validating data within system workflows and processes
Collaborating on automation and digital transformation initiatives to drive impactful outcomes
Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
Testing applications,



system enhancements, and new platform functionalities to facilitate successful project delivery
Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Utilizing SQL or Python for data processing and automation
