- Solid real-world experience working as a Backend Developerwithin productive team environments.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot as your main development stack.




- Solid experience working with microservices architectures and design concepts such as DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and SOLID principles.
- Hands-on experience dealing with relational databases.
- Committed to development best practices, including rigorous testing, clear API documentation, and maintaining code quality.
- Proactive mindset with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative attitude in agile environments.

Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with asynchronous messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
