We are looking for an experienced
Sales Operations Coordinator
to join our team.

Most Important Thing (MIT)

Lead the support of and the administrative & organizational excellence of the sales & marketing team.

**This role will be filled by multiple teammates, and the below KPIs, STATs, and key tasks will be split between the multiple team members.

KPIs
- 95% of your and the scoping (sales cycle) teams’ action items completed on schedule or proactively escalated
- Follow-Up Compliance: 95% of internal & external follow-ups completed within 1 business day
- Asana/Tracker Accuracy: Updates completed same business day as activity
- HubSpot Data Integrity: 100% completion and accuracy across key properties (deals, contacts, companies) daily.
- Power BI Reporting:



All assigned dashboards and reports maintaine,d and less than 2 errors identified quarterly
- 360Communication on every call & meeting within 24 hours of activity
- Sales team members & CON/CFO satisfaction with your support rated average 9+/10 quarterly

Key Tasks
- Track and update scoping milestones across Asana, HubSpot, and internal communications
- Prepare agendas, summaries, and follow-ups for sales calls
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, CFO, Controller, and Ops
- Organize CRM data and maintain reporting accuracy
- Draft and send professional communications on behalf of the MD
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively propose improvements
- Take meeting notes and track action items
- Coordinate marketing campaigns
- Manage website/content updates
- Build presentations
- Assist with events and webinars
- Research new tools and vendors
- Execute special projects
