We are looking for a bilingual Lead Generation Specialist to support a B2B biofertilizer importer serving all 50 U.S. states. This unique role combines outbound lead generation with hands-on e-commerce support. If you have a background in agriculture, proven B2B prospecting skills, and experience managing digital vendor accounts (Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart), we want you on our team.

What you’ll do:
- Conduct highly targeted B2B lead generation and prospecting for the U.S. market, primarily utilizing LinkedIn and digital channels
- Reach out to prospects, effectively communicate the value of agricultural products, and schedule sales meetings
- Create, manage,



and optimize vendor/seller accounts on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart)
- Build and maintain comprehensive digital product catalogs, ensuring accurate listings across all channels
- Seamlessly balance lead generation outreach with digital sales assistant responsibilities
- Consistently track and report on outreach activity, pipeline health, and appointment-setting progress

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a background, education, or direct professional experience related to agriculture, farming, or fertilizer sales
- Is fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Possesses hands-on experience creating vendor accounts and managing product listings on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Home Depot, etc.)
- Has proven experience in B2B outbound sales, LinkedIn prospecting, and appointment setting
