We are now launching
Argentina as a new GEO
and looking for an
Affiliate Manager
who will help us build the partner network from the ground up, attract high-quality traffic, and scale the Affiliate channel.

Your Role

You will be responsible for
acquiring, onboarding, and developing Affiliate partners
, analyzing traffic performance, and achieving key acquisition KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new Affiliate partners across Argentina and LATAM.
- Build and develop a strong local Affiliate network.
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and customized partnership deals.
- Work with webmasters, CPA networks, Telegram channels, streamers, sub-affiliates, and other traffic sources.
- Launch new partners and support them through their first FTDs.
- Analyze traffic quality and key metrics, including
FTD, NGR, ROI, and LTV
.
- Monitor Affiliate performance and identify potential fraud or low-quality traffic.




- Scale successful partnerships and develop the sub-affiliate network.
- Prepare performance reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, and BI teams to improve acquisition performance.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
- Proven experience launching and developing a
new GEO from scratch
.
- Strong understanding of
CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid
models.
- Hands-on experience working with
FTD, NGR, ROI, and LTV
metrics.
- Strong knowledge of the
LATAM market
, particularly Argentina.
- Strong negotiation and partner acquisition skills.
- English —
B2+
.
- Spanish is a strong advantage.
