- 3–5 years of experience in program and project management with proven leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- PMP or PMI certification required
- Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana)
- Strong background in implementing business strategy within a program’s framework
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication,



stakeholder management, and organizational change navigation skills

Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience managing complex portfolios in cross-functional environments
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards pertinent to the program’s scope

- Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals
- Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program framework
- Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate seamless collaboration across functional teams
- Manage and allocate program resources and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks and issues, establishing contingency plans as needed
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations
