About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, technically strong SEO professional to join the marketing team of a Top 50 U.S. company in its home services category.

This is not a basic SEO execution role. We are looking for someone who understands traditional search optimization but is also actively adapting to the rapidly changing world of AI search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-driven discovery platforms.

You will work across SEO strategy, technical SEO, content, WordPress, analytics, local search, social content, on-page optimization, off-page authority building, and AI-assisted marketing workflows.

The adecuado candidate is a self-motivated self-starter who does not need constant direction, but is also an excellent communicator who works well with a fast-moving team.

We want someone who sees a problem, investigates it, develops a solution, communicates the plan, and gets it done.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution




- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for a major home services brand.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, SERP analysis, and opportunity identification.
- Optimize service pages, location pages, landing pages, blogs, and other website content.
- Improve organic visibility for competitive local and regional home services searches.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, and overall organic performance.
- Identify ranking declines, technical problems, algorithm impacts, and new growth opportunities.
- Build scalable SEO strategies across multiple service areas and geographic markets.

GEO & AEO
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility within ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and other AI search platforms.
