Process Development & Documentation
- Build and refine customer relationship management processes, workflows, and playbooks from the ground up.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation of customer engagement practices, escalation procedures, and service standards.
- Create templates, guides,



and reference materials to support both internal teams and client communication.

Data & Analytics
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Use analytics to measure customer satisfaction, retention rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on data-driven insights.

Duties
- Developing and implementing strategies for building customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction
- Managing customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
