We're looking for a specialist who fits one of two profiles — Growth Experimentation or Outbound + Agentic AI. Read both and apply if you fit either.
What you'll do
- Analyze funnel performance, surface insights, and act on them without waiting to be asked
- Build AI-powered workflows that replace manual work: copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, reporting
- Automate marketing loops using Claude Code and other AI tools
- If Growth Experimentation: build and run an experimentation program — own the backlog, design tests with proper statistical rigor, ship results,



kill what doesn't work, scale what does
- If Outbound + Agentic AI: generate pipeline from targeted account lists (ABM approach) — from signal to sequence, fast; build AI agents and automations for outbound using Clay, n8n, Apollo, Instantly, and LLM-driven personalization

Requirements
- Startup mindset — the team often operates on a 6-day work week (Monday through Saturday) to match the pace of our market. This is a high-intensity, high-ownership environment with a heavy volume of work. We move fast, iterate constantly, and take full accountability for what we deliver
- Active daily AI user (must-have) — Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to actually do the job, not just experiment. Must give specific examples from recent work
- Startup-minded, self-driven, high-velocity — autonomous, ships without being micromanaged
- Proficient in data analytics — comfortable with attribution models, funnel metrics, bui
