Altimetrik is looking for a

Senior SAP Success Factors EC/ECP Functional Consultant

to join a global HR and Payroll transformation initiative supporting operations across

Argentina and Chile .

We're seeking a highly skilled functional consultant with strong expertise in

SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), payroll configuration, EC-ECP integrations, and payroll processes for Argentina and Chile , capable of driving requirements, configuration, testing, and delivery activities in a global environment.

Required Experience

5+ years of SAP Success Factors experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

Employee Central (EC)

Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

At least 1 end-to-end EC/ECP implementation

Experience in support, enhancement,



or AMS projects

Solid knowledge of Payroll processes for Argentina and Chile

Experience with payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

SAP Success Factors EC & ECP Certifications (Mandatory)

Advanced English communication skills

Configure and support SAP Success Factors EC & ECP solutions

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

Support payroll processes, integrations, testing, and deployments

Partner with integral teams and stakeholders
