We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join a digital transformation and data analytics team supporting business process digitalization and data-driven decision making. The role will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions and business applications used by different business areas.

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective data solutions
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for various business areas
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable and timely availability of information
- Build and optimize business applications that support process automation and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing regular validation and quality checks
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand priorities and align on solution design
- Document data structures, processes, and solution architecture to support maintainability and knowledge sharing




- Identify opportunities to improve existing tools and processes, proposing enhancements to support ongoing digital transformation efforts

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics roles
- Experience in data modeling to structure and organize data for effective analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse for managing and organizing business data
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing business insights
- Experience with Power Automate for streamlining and automating business workflows
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and process automation
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, managing, and manipulating data
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher

- Experience working within Agile methodologies to support
