We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager to become part of our team. Responsibilities
- Direct delivery operations, addressing obstacles that arise on large-scale programs involving integrated Digital components
- Manage the initiation, planning, and execution of complex projects and programs
- Stay actively involved in the release management process to ensure teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
- Choose and implement suitable delivery methodologies to support successful project results
- Identify technology solutions that effectively meet client business requirements
- Ensure accountability for yourself and your team against KPIs covering delivery success, business health, team development,



and technical skill
- Develop project and program governance frameworks suited to each client's specific environment
- Continue growing your technical expertise while leading, coordinating, and influencing decisions on important technology topics
- Act as the delivery and technology partner for clients, aligning their vision with available solutions and capabilities
- Facilitate alignment of decisions between internal and client teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Establish and advocate for engineering best practices that drive ongoing improvements in quality and productivity

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent advanced certification
- At least 8 years of applicable professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
- A minimum of one year of experience managing a team of 20 or more pe
