About The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to own the full client acquisition cycle, from the first conversation with a prospect through contract signature and the launch of their hiring search.

This is a highly client-facing role for someone who is confident and polished on calls, but equally strong on follow-through and execution. You will run meetings, build trust with potential clients, manage the process after the call, and make sure every next step gets done.

Responsibilities
- Lead the first call with prospects and every call that follows, understanding their hiring needs and introducing South's staffing solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle from the initial conversation through signed agreement and search launch.
- Own every follow-up and next step after each call, keeping communication timely and the pipeline up to date until the Agreement is signed.
