Product Support Engineer – Evertz MediatorX

Location: Argentina – Remote

Employment Type: Contract

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Product Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting
Evertz MediatorX
in broadcast media and entertainment environments.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Evertz MediatorX platforms.
- Troubleshoot media workflows, integrations, metadata, ingest, transcoding, and distribution issues.
- Perform RCA and resolve production incidents.
- Develop automation and support tools using
Java, Python, and JavaScript
.
- Support REST APIs, Web Services, SQL, and database troubleshooting.
- Work with Linux/Unix environments and analyze application logs.
- Support MAM, CMS, transcoding, storage, cloud, and broadcast automation systems.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks,



and troubleshooting documentation.
- Participate in on-call and major incident management.

Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on
Evertz MediatorX
experience.
- Java, Python, JavaScript
- REST APIs / Web Services
- SQL and database troubleshooting
- Linux/Unix
- Log analysis and application troubleshooting
- Incident/Problem Management
- Broadcast/Media domain
- MAM and media workflows
- XML/JSON, message queues, and workflow orchestration

Preferred:
- Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics
- Broadcast automation and playout systems
- 24x7 production support experience
- Evertz Overture
- OTT and cloud-based media operations
