We are actively seeking a
Senior Technical Project Manager
to own products end-to-end, serving as the client-facing driver of scope, planning, and delivery outcomes while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

*This is you*
- 6+ years of experience in software delivery teams, including 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager (or equivalent) with full delivery accountability
- Background in Technical Project Management, Delivery/Dev Management, QA Leadership, Business Analysis, or Product Management with a strong management focus
- Proven ability to own projects, products, or workstreams end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Deep experience leading, managing,



and guiding multidisciplinary development teams
- Solid mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies: running ceremonies, managing sprints, and driving backlog management
- Strong requirements management skills: gathering, documenting, and drafting user stories/development tasks with clear acceptance criteria
- Advanced proficiency with Jira (dashboards, boards, reporting, administration) and Confluence for technical documentation
- Excellent English communication skills (Advanced/C1)
- Proactive, autonomous, and assertive leader who manages gracefully under pressure, leads by example, and approaches problem-solving constructively

Nice-to-have skills:
- Technical background (Engineering, QA, Architecture, or Systems) and experience across the web application SDLC
- Computer System Validation (CSV) or release-validation documentation experience
- Domain experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or othe
