Configure and support Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions such as Xactly, Varicent, or similar platforms based on business and technical requirements.
Develop compensation calculations, workflows, components, and plan configurations aligned with defined business rules.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, contribute to solution design discussions, and support implementation activities.
Create and maintain business and technical documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
Analyze data, business rules, and operational processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
