Accounts Payable Analyst
to join our
LATAM Shared Service Center (SSC)
. In this role, you will support the Accounts Payable process for multiple countries across the region, collaborate with multicultural teams, and contribute to the financial operational excellence of a global leader in in vitro diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and record vendor invoices and expense reports in compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Manage vendor master data, account reconciliations, and payment execution for multiple countries across Latin America.




- Actively participate in monthly closing activities, financial analysis, and periodic reporting.
- Collaborate with local teams and internal stakeholders to resolve Accounts Payable inquiries and operational issues.
- Provide support and training to new team members while maintaining process documentation and procedures up to date.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects focused on process optimization and operational excellence.

What Profile Are We Looking For?
- Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or similar finance-related functions.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Level of English: Upper Intermediate or Advanced (mandatory), with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in a professional environment and part
